OBS Randomly Crashing

I'm not sure why it's crashing tbh. I know I'm on an older version, but this never happened with this version until I reverted back to it after updating to the newest. If it isn't an OBS issue, then I suspect it's some other software issue or something on my end.

OBS don't random crash.
You're using a beta version of OBS 32. Latest version is 32.1.2
Most plugins need to be updated to a newer version before working correctly.
In this case is a browser source or custom dock from a third party plugin.

I've had bad luck updating in the past due to issues that I assumed aren't caused by OBS, but by third party stuff. So it's basically out of my control then?

First, update OBS, or reinstall the version where everything worked for you. Then, third party plugins, you installed them. You have control over all in your computer.
