Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here has run into this before because I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot it without any success.
For the past few months I've been recording Roblox gameplay with OBS Studio using Game Capture, and it has always worked perfectly. Nothing major has changed on my PC, but suddenly OBS refuses to capture Roblox. Instead of the game, I only get a completely black screen, while the audio continues normally.
The strange part is that this only happens with Roblox. Every other game I test (Steam games, Minecraft, etc.) is captured correctly through Game Capture.
I also noticed something that might be related. Recently I started using the Delta Executor app with Roblox for testing purposes. Since then, OBS seems unable to hook into the Roblox process correctly. I'm not sure if Delta changes the game process, injects additional modules, or if Roblox's anti-tamper updates are interfering with OBS, but the timing makes me think the two could be connected.
Here are the things I've already tried:
A few technical details:
Has anyone experienced the same behavior recently? If so, did you find a workaround besides using Display Capture? I'd really like to continue using Game Capture because of the better performance and cleaner recording.
If there's any additional information or OBS log that would help diagnose the issue, I'd be happy to provide it.

Here are the things I've already tried:
- Restarted both OBS and my PC.
- Reinstalled Roblox completely.
- Updated OBS Studio to the latest version.
- Ran both Roblox and OBS as Administrator.
- Switched between Game Capture, Window Capture, and Display Capture.
- Disabled every unnecessary overlay (Discord, GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar).
- Tried creating a brand-new OBS profile and scene collection.
- Reset Game Capture settings and recreated the source.
- Checked that Roblox is using the same GPU as OBS.
- Temporarily disabled my antivirus to rule out interference.
A few technical details:
- Windows 11 (latest updates)
- Latest version of OBS Studio
- Latest Roblox Player
- NVIDIA GPU with current drivers
- Problem only affects Roblox
- Other games capture normally
